**Responsibilities**- Handling general Human Resouces duties including manpower planning, recruitment, payroll, training & development.- Record data for each employee, including such information as addresses, absences, supervisory report on performance, and dates of and reasons for terminations.- Provides secretarial support by entering, formatting and printing information; organizing work; answering phone calls and relaying messages; maintaining equipment and supplies.- Assists in the development and implementation of HR support and to monitor activities and completion of goals.- Update Job Description for all positions in the company when it is needed or upon request.- Responsible for keeping all HR related documents confidentially.- General documentation, filing and data entry.- To undertake other related jobs as directed by the superior from time to time.- Maintain 5S, good housekeeping and discipline, foster a conducive and effective working environment.- To ensure compliance to the company's ISO9001 Standards and Quality Management System at all times- Perform other duties as and when assigned or requested.**Requirement**- Must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.- Able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently.- Excellent leadership, problem solving, integration and interpersonal skills.- Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management direction and must be able to improve performance through management feedback.- Able to coordinate and negotiate with all level of staffs.- Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed- Basic knowledge MS Office (Excel, Word and Power Point) and payroll calculation method.- Could speak and write in Bahasa Melayu, English or Mandarin fluently.- Fresh-graduate are welcome.- Full-Time position.**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Overtime payExpected Start Date: 04/01/2024
