Hr Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:- Communicate Company policies & procedures to all employees.- Hands on the recruitment activities- sourcing, arrangement of interview, vetting, on-board arrangement and documentation.- Conduct new joinee Induction Training and ensure the new joinee undergone the Customer briefing.- Maintain employee employment database, attendance record and leave management.- Administer of employee medical expenses - data entry and claim processing- Maintain of Staff Weekly Work hour Monitoring- Monthly payroll related reports- Conduct Exit Interview for resignees and compile attendance details for salary computation- Administrate Site purchasing items- Maintain record and Issuance of staff uniforms - T-Shirt, Safety Shoes and vest etc.- Other HR Admin related task as per assigned.**REQUIREMENT**:- Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent.- Minimum 1 year working experiences in similar capacity.- However, fresh graduate with good academic results are encouraged to apply.- Proficient in both oral and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.- Knowledge of MS Office and computer usage.- Good communication and interpersonal skills- Posses own transport and valid driving license.**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,600.00 per monthSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Human resources: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)**Location**:- Melaka (preferred)
