Salary is negotiable and shall commensurate with qualification, working experience and competenciesRESPONSIBILITIES- To assist the HR Manager/HR Executive with the HR daily operations/functions- Work closely with the HR managers/HR Executive in providing professional recruitment advice, support and updates in a timely manner.- To assist the HR Manager/HR Executive on HR tasks such as attendance timesheet, maintain an up-to-date HR database, employee's personal file, induction training, resignation, preparation of letter of new recruitment/appointments, confirmation, transfer, promotion, resignation, warning and etc.- Monitor staff work movement on Annual Leave (AL), Emergency Leave (EL), Medical Leave (ML), Replacement Leave, Replacement Off-day and etc.- Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process and background reference check- Assist the HR Manager to manage employee relations/disciplinary cases and manage dispute settlements according to relevant Labour Law- To administer payroll calculation, processing salary, allowances, overtime, deductions, generating reports and others.- Ensure timeliness and high accuracy in all activities relating to payroll administration and processing. Resolve payroll discrepancies if any- Ensure compliance of statutory requirements such as calculating employees' employment income tax liabilities and / or any statutory contributions or deductions.- Liaise with relevant government bodies regarding monthly statutory submission.- Assist the HR Manager with the overall HR functions and ensure compliance with relevant Labour Law- Carry out, as and when required, any additional tasks and responsibilities which are reasonably compatible with this job description and objectivesQualifications/Requirements- Good communication skill and must be proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and oral). This ability must be reflected in his or her writing and presentation skill- Must be honest, possess high integrity, confidentiality, objectivity and sincerity are important traits for this position.- At least 2 years experiences in HR fields- At least 2 years HR software payroll processing experiences is required Monthly payroll processing and ensure compliance with the government authorities such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN, and HRDF- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to details, good analytical and problem-solving skills.- Must possess good knowledge of the HR functions and the local Labour Law legislation**Salary**: From RM2,200.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- Notice period (if applicable)**Experience**:- HR: 2 years (required)Ability to Commute:- Miri (required)Expected Start Date: 11/13/2023
