**Responsibilities**- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.- Support with payroll and assist with benefits administration.- Provide administrative support to HR managers, including drafting correspondence, preparing reports, organizing files, and scheduling meetings.- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.- Respond to employee inquiries and provide support as needed.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.- Proven experience as an HR Assistant or in a similar administrative role.- More than 1 year of work experience.- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.- Mandarin will be add advantage- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.- Priority will be given to those who can start work immediately
