Details of the offer

? Reporting direct to HR Manager
? Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
? Updates payroll records by entering changes in UBS Payroll software
? Prepares reports by compiling summaries salary payments
? Determines payroll liabilities by calculating employee federal and state income and social security taxes and employer's social security, unemployment, and workers compensation payments.
? Resolves payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
? Provides payroll information by answering questions and requests.
? Maintains payroll operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
? Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
? Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
? Perform data entry, recording, printing and filing duties
? Undertake any ad-hoc admin projects/duties as required
? Minimum 2 years relevant experience in payroll management or working with catering offshore company
? Meticulous, independent, pro-active with positive attitude and willing to learn
? Strong communication skills, able to work well with others in a fast-faced working environment
? Able to work more than normal working hours or on rest day if required
? Proficiency: Intermediate in Using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word (IT savvy)
