**JOB SCOPE**To manage the recruitment process as guided.To create and post advertisement to attract applicants of the right standard.To do initial screening and assessing prospective applicants and matching them with job requirements.To ensure each recruitment assignment is delivered within the specific time frame.To meet and exceed KPIs and revenue targets.**REQUIREMENTS**Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma in Human Resources, Business, Marketing or related field.At least 1-2 years working experience in related fieldGood communication and written skills in English and Bahasa.Computer LiterateCustomer service and sales skills.Pleasant personality, well-organized, dynamic and ability to make reasonable decisions.Strong team player.**BENEFITS****Salary Package - Negotiable****Work From Office & Work From Home****Flexible Working Hours**CommissionIncentives**Job Type**: Part-time**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per monthExpected hours: 20 per week**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Commission pay- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Handling entire Recruitment Process: 2 years (preferred)**Language**:- English (required)- Malay (preferred)
