May be responsible for sourcing, screening and recruiting candidates for job openings to meet business needs typical assignments may include keeping abreast of competitive market practices and conditions, managing vendor relations/partnerships, implementing global talent acquisition policies and programs, building campus relations and overseeing workforce planning, utilization and reporting. May be responsible for development and/or delivery of training and educational programs related to skills training, communication, team building, and management development using a variety of instructional methods; assignments may include needs analysis, custom course development, and evaluation and learning assessment.
