Answer and make phone calls well- Doing clerical work- Update office item & general stationaries and purchases and controlling- Perform other duties related to office support- Doing work according to instructions from time to time- To prepare punch card- To assist in handling foreign workers matters such as hostel inspection, FOMEMA arrangement, work permit renewal, passport renewal and etc.- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superiorRequirement:- At least 1 year working experience in related field.- Have basic knowledge regarding HR.- Able to speak English fluently is an added advantage.Qualification:- Language: English & Bahasa Malaysia**Salary**: Up to RM1,800.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus**Experience**:- Human Resource: 1 year (preferred)Expected Start Date: 08/01/2023
