Manage headcount, Personal cost, and analytics. Lead a team to manage and lease with Mancom members. Enjoys projects and process enhancements. Key job responsibilitiesThe HR Controlling Manager will be able to manage more than countries scope forPlanning and preparing for deliverables. Anticipate Risk and Opportunities. Monthly analysis and commentary on HC & Cost to HR & Finance stake holders.Build Trends and Budgets on a timely manner and explain the variance between periods and scenarios.Support function to HR Métiers for Financial topics. Bridge between Finance and HR (local to local, Zone, BEST, Corporate) Champions of HR and Finance systems toolsTranslation of the HR strategies to Finance.Master HR Norms and define Zone / BEST Internal Control Framework Recruit, retain and develop team (- team members)He / she reports directly to Head of HR Analytics and ControllingScope of HR ControllingHEADCOUNT & FTE Salary planning (long and mid-term) – IPC (full including salary mass, accrual) Non-payroll cost like Expatriate costsSystems COMPASS (internal system)MAGNITUDE (internal system)HR Systems (Carol)SAPWho we are looking for+ years as Controller/Finance Analyst/Finance Business Partner role or HR Rewards background and willing to learn Finance knowledge.Collaboration, Clear Communication, Presentation skillsOrganized and process driven.Able to Challenge the status quoteam management experience is plusSenior Stakeholders management English fluent Puedes inscribirte en un máximo de tres ofertas en un período de días.
