Job Description
Responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resources functions, Included recruitment, payroll administration, training, compensation, benefits, and other HR related matters.
Preparation of Non-management personnel letters and documents (e.g., Conditional Offer Letter, Letter of Employment/ Appointment, Certificate of Employment, Confirmation, etc.)
Handle full spectrum of recruitment and employment activities (e.g., Arrange interview, Job Posting to relevant career portals, filter resumes for certain hiring manager, etc.)
Record, Maintain and monitor staff attendance and leave record in HR system.
Knowledge matters such as work permit and employment pass renewal and cancellation respectively, levy submission etc.
To liaise with statutory organizations like EPF, SOCSO, Labor Office and etc. on staff remuneration matters.
Maintain record and filling system for HR Department in a confidential manner.
Support in the handing if disciplinary, complaints, grievance and compliance issues for employees based on the Company's policies and rules.
Supervise and coordinate with service providers on the maintenance of office equipment,
To Perform ad-hoc jobs required by superior from time to time
To carry out any other duties as and when assigned by the immediate supervisor or higher management
Requirement:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher in Human Resource Management/ Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking or equivalent.
Age rage between 24-35 year
At least 2-3 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferable Senior Executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
Computer Skills: Payroll software, MS office
Required skill (s): Knowledge of Malaysia Labor Law, Industrial Act and Statutory, work permit will be required, preferably with basic accounting knowledge
Required language: English (MUST), Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, verbally and writing
