You will be working in a fast pace environment and responsible to ensure the accuracy and timely submission of all relevant reports. Monitor and upkeep of employee personal records to ensure all information are updated and documented accurately. Educate, train, monitor, problem-solve, and ensure company HR policy is followed across all levels and update employee handbook. Handle staff disciplinary and grievances issues. Understand and adhere to all pertinent labour laws. Responsible in recruitment process including Job Advertising, Involve in Screening,Interviewing Candidates and Manpower repoting.
