As an HR Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting various HR functions and providing comprehensive HR services to employees and management. This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and is passionate about promoting a positive workplace culture.- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions and facilitating necessary paperwork. Manage the offboarding process for departing employees, conducting exit interviews and ensuring a smooth departure.- Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and grievances. Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication and resolving conflicts.- Support performance appraisal processes by assisting managers with goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions.- Identify training needs within the organization and coordinate training programs for employees' professional development.- Administer employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks. Assist employees with benefit-related inquiries.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
