**Responsibilities**:- Administer and support all HR programs, including benefits enrolment, leave of absence management, employee mobility, and employee recognition initiatives, escalating to appropriate regional teams when necessary.- Support the performance management process, including goal-setting, quarterly growth conversations, and appraisal activities.- Stay updated on labour laws, regulations, and industry best practices.- Assist in drafting, revising, and disseminating HR documents, policies and procedures.- Ensure compliance with legal requirements in all HR practices.- Participate in various HR projects, such as diversity and inclusion initiatives, employee engagement surveys, and process improvement efforts.- Attend all the employee inquiries, providing information and guidance on HR policies and procedures.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.**Requirements**:- Degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration.- Preferable those with minimum 7 - 8 years working experience in related field.- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.- Computer literate, willing to learn, positive thinking and extrovert personality.- Good interpersonal skill, organizational management and teamwork skills, willing to take responsibility and strong ability to work under pressure.- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, detail oriented, and discretion in handling sensitive information.- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.- Positive attitude, team player mindset, and willingness to take initiative.- Knowledge of the Sarawak Labor Ordinance is an added advantage.- Good communication and writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.- Able to communicate and write in Mandarin will be an added advantage.**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Human Resources: 2 years (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- English (preferred)
