**Job scope**:- Create Job Descriptions for various roles in the company- Responsible for onboarding process of new employees which includes orientation training.- Access the training needs and coordinate with the company trainer for training and development for employees.- Create and maintain employee personal files- Plan and propose employee benefits package- Execute yearly employees' performance review process- Operate the day-to-day operations of the department- Ensure that employees comply with company policies- Liaise with safety department to conduct regular drug test to all employees- Conduct random spot checks on employees in accordance with company policy.- To ensure accuracy and timely execution of salary payment and statutory payment.- Monitor daily employee's attendance and act accordingly.- Handle employee relations matters, including counselling, disciplinary action, termination, conflict resolution and grievance management.- Responsible and liaise with company insurance agent for Group Personal Accident claims.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources or a related field- Proven 2 years' experience in HR related roles- Proven of 2 years' experience in recruitment and payroll- Honest, ethical, and dependable- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities with the ability to captivate audiences and convey a compelling message- Familiarity with latest employment actPay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Ipoh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Human Resources: 2 years (preferred)- Human Resources Management: 2 years (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- Bahasa (preferred)
