Hr Executive

**Responsibilities**:- Handling end to end recruitment lifecycle of company, which is from sourcing, job advertising, CV screening, interviewing, salary negotiation, performing reference and background checks & etc.- Manage manpower plans according to needs of departments.- Plan and organise, co-ordinate and carrying out recruitment campaign such as job fair.- Serving as a liaison with universities and colleges for talent recruitment- Conduct staff induction for new joinees & Exit Interview for resignees.- Oversee Training Program and fund claim.- Manage Staff welfare- To in-charge for subcon workers related matters, which includes sourcing new agents, rate negotiation, and subcon management.- To carry out any other duties and job functions as and when required by the HR Manager**Requirements**:- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.- Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills- Required language(s): Mandarin(Optional), English, Bahasa Malaysia**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM4,541.57 per monthSchedule:- Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:- Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Human Resources: 3 years (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- Bahasa (preferred)
