Location Full job description This position may be considered at a Senior level, depending on the candidates' experience Responsibilities Reporting to Human Resources Manager Responsible for identifying manpower needs and manpower analysis. Independently responsible for overall recruitment, including preparing Job Descriptions, analyzing Job Requisitions, and finalizing candidates prior to the placement of job. Initiate manpower sourcing and recruitment activities. Monitoring manpower situation, especially shortage and redundancy. Attending to recruitment agencies, labor office, etc for open interview, job carnival, job fair, etc. Prepare letter of appointment for employees, conduct employees' orientation. Coordinate with Head of Department for employees' placing. Coordinate with employees and Head of Department for retaining employees programs. Ensuring hiring is within laws and regulations, including compliance of Collective Agreement and RBA practices. Other duties and assignment by Superior from time to time. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR management, demonstrating proficiency in independently handling various HR tasks. Excellent communication and coordination skills, facilitating effective collaboration with employees and management. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, capable of addressing complex situations and making sound judgments. Proficiency in developing and implementing incentive mechanisms to foster employee motivation and creativity. Strong knowledge of talent management, leadership, employee engagement, and organizational development. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite products, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
