Responsibilities: General HR functions including staff movement (new hires, upgrading, promotion, leaves and resignations) Prepare monthly reports on headcount, turnover statistics, staff meal etc. Assist in handling disciplinary cases/proceedings, domestic inquiry and advising management on best practices Liaising with government bodies Work closely with Department Headsregarding performance matter Prepare monthly payroll Assist in developing, reviewing and updating disciplinary policies Assist in handling employee grievances and counselling Participate in new/ ad-hoc project implementation Other ad hoc tasks when required Requirements: Work experience as an HR & Admin Officer, HR Administrative Assistant or similar role Familiarity with payroll software Basic knowledge of labor legislation Experience using Excel or any Microsoft office apps Organizational skills Good verbal and written communication skills in English, Mandarin and Malay Young and energetic
