Hr Executive

**HR Executive****Responsibilities**- Maintaining and updating of physical and digital records, filing documents, and ensuring proper organization of files and materials.- Process Manpower Timesheet before submission to Manager for approval, e.g. highlights on working Public Holiday and Sunday, softcopy and hardcopy filing, processing and distributing employee's payslip.- Coordinate training course or programs for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.- Manage employee KPI and conduct employee appraisals to drive performance and foster professional growth.- Lead the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource or any related field- Good understanding of HR processes and practices- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite**Education**:Bachelor's Degree**Experience**:Human Resource (2 years and above experience)**Expected Start date**:1st May 2024**Job Type**:Permanent**Job Type**: Permanent**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Gym membership- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary- Overtime pay- Performance bonus- Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Labuan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Experience**:- Human resources: 2 years (preferred)Expected Start Date: 05/01/2024
