Hr Executive

Manage the full spectrum of human resource functions covering Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Training, Performance Management, Industrial Relations, Employee Relations and Manpower Planning (maintain FB/LinkIn/MyFutureJob/Indeed).- Upkeep and update HR policies, procedures, rules and regulations, employment terms and conditions and Staff Handbook.- Assist Senior Management with the preparation of year end salary increments and discretionary bonus payment processes based on KPI rating- Any other responsibilities relevant to the above and any other duties as may be instructed by the management from time to time.- Respond and provide advice to Heads of Departments and staff pertaining to HR matters- Check and balance of staff/guard salaries on timely manner**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leaveSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to Friday**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)- Human resources: 1 year (preferred)License/Certification:- In Human Resources (preferred)Expected Start Date: 04/15/2024
