HR EXECUTIVE Based in: Sandakan, Sabah Responsibilities Learning & Development: - Design and develop in-house development programs and coordinate external programs.- Obtain the assessment evaluation after each in-house programs to ensure quality in delivery and effectiveness in talent development activities.- Manage HRDC claim of all applicable development programs and ensure claim timely.- Provide statistical analysis of training data for data-driven decision making and process improvement. Workers Recruitment & Checkroll Compliance: - Adopting effective and innovative methods of worker recruitment in order to deliver the workforce target.- Assisting in headcounts analysis accordance to operational need.- To ensure accuracy of checkroll government statutory contribution and meeting the payment deadline.- Perform accurate review checkroll work by verifying wages calculation- Well versed and updated in Sabah Labour Ordinance and legislation including statutory requirement and employment contract. Employee Engagement: - Coordinate and facilitate employee engagement initiatives and activities- Reach out potential passive candidates in marketing programmes, career talks and job fairs.- Any other HR projects and ad-hoc duties as assigned. Requirements - Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related fields from recognized Universities with minimum CGPA of 3.0.- Minimum 2 years' experience in HR spectrum and/or other proven HR initiative achievement.- Knowledge in Workers' Checkroll would be an advantage.- Meticulous, able to meet tight deadlines and highly organized.- Must be highly committed, self-motivated, pro-active and result oriented.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with internal and external parties.- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.- Able to travel.
