Details of the offer

â—- Review and update employee handbook as and when necessary       â—- Update employees employment data and issue all letters pertaining to employments       â—- Updates on Orientation information as and when needed â—- Responsible on tabulating HR reports as per superior direction â—- Manage staff disciplinary issue by compiling the information based on the best practices based on employment rules & regulations       â—- Ensure the succesful claim on HRDF and also monitoring on the balance credit on HRDF â—- Ensure the monthly tabulation payroll data is accurate before submit to superior â—- Conduct orientation to new employees (non-executive level) and exit interview process for resign employees       â—- As intermediary of employees and insurance agent pertaining to all matters in regards to Group Insurance policies       â—- Enhance HR processes, provide advice on labour legislations to ensure statutory compliance.        â—- Ensure department comply to ISO requirements       â—- Develop and updates Department SOP and IDP as and when required â—- Closely updates superior and plan the neccessry action on the latest information provided by government sector and institute (eg : FMM, MEF, HRDF, etc'¦) â—- Proposed for department process improvementDiploma / Advanced Diploma / Higher Graduate Diploma / DVM / DKM Level 4 / DLKM Level 5
