Hr Executive (Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment)

HR EXECUTIVE (TALENT ACQUISITION/ RECRUITMENT) Kota Damansara, Selangor RESPONSIBILITY: Perform full cycle of the recruitment process including job posting/talent sourcing, screening, interviewing and conducting integrity check for shortlisted candidates. Responsible for preparation and follow up on hiring documentations, i.e.: offer letter, personal documentations and etc. Support on the onboarding processes, including conduct orientation to newly hired. Assist in Talent Acquisition activities including employer branding exercises, internship, career events, etc. Support on training coordination when needed REQUIREMENTS: Prior experience in Recruitment or Executive Search firm will be added advantage. Fresh graduates with passion in Recruitment are encouraged to apply. Good communication, attention to details and time management skill. Able to work in Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya
