Details of the offer

Conducts orientation program to new employees (Training):- Conducts Basic Manufacturing Programmed for new workers.- Conducts Soft Skills training for Non-Executive level.- Coordinates and ensure On The Job Training (OJT) is performed as scheduled (ensuring new modules to be included for new production line)- Coordinates customized training as per department request.- Coordinates and liaises with external Consultants on employees' training needs and arranges training schedules for employees.- Evaluates the effectiveness of the respective training programs by obtaining feedback from Head of Divisions / Departments.- Conduct Training Needs Analysis Group-wide.- Manages Human Resource Development Fund (HRDF) claims.- Develops and maintain training library.- Reports on annual/monthly/ weekly training activities and costing- To assist and undertake additional assignments/tasks from superior from time to time.Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy (Disciplinary):- Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.- Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM2,700.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Maternity leaveSchedule:- Monday to FridayApplication Question(s):- If you are fresh graduate, how fast you can join the company- If you are still working, what is your notice to be given to current employer**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)Expected Start Date: 12/04/2023
