Job role/Purpose We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Expert to join our team. This position will be resposible for managing full spcectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, data analysis, HR operations, compensation and benefits. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of our HR department and contribute to the overall success of our organization Key Responsibilities Manage end to end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, reference check and offer negotiations, onboarding and offboarding Develop and implement effective strategies for attracting and retaining top talent Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations Administer and manage HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, HRIS management, documentations and reporting Oversee and manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary benchmarking, incentive plans and benefits administration. Collaborate with Head of HR and business leaders to develop and implement HR policies and procedures Provide guidance and support to manager and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations and disciplinary actions. Co-ordinate and drive performance management and talent management cycle/initiatives for the Regional Delivery Center, Malaysia Provide support for the business regarding HR processes, rewards, performance, grading, talent development, annual compensation/performance evaluation reviews Act as an execution partner for HR in the?Regional Delivery Center, Malaysia on HR tasks, processes and tools and actively foster awareness of relevant?interdependencies Execute and co-ordinate immigration related applications/processing with the authorities/immigration vendor Support, manage and facilitate the implementation of HR aspects within change management projects in partnership with HRBP Perform & co-ordinate tasks within the HR team for implementation of regional and global HR projects and initiatives?in collaboration with the wider HR team both locally, regionally and globally Effectively maintain and administer all documentation and data for the Regional Delivery Center, Malaysia, in collaboration with HR Services Support and preparation of monthly reports, quarterly reports for submissions to local authorities, group and local management team with guidance from HR Leader Collate and work with respective stakeholders to prepare HR cost reports related to Finance and others Execute & drive engagement activities, annual engagement survey and follow up actions for the Regional Delivery Center, Malaysia Key Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field. Master's degree in HR or a related field is preferred. Proven work experience as an HR Specialist/Expert for 7-10 years preferably in a fast paced and dynamic environment Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing and selection techniques Hands on analytics/data reporting experience for HR data/metrics including budgeting & costs Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information System Solid understanding and knowledge of labor legislation, immigration, payroll process, benefits packages and compensation cycle planning/administration Experience in related areas such as job classification and compensation, training, and employee talent development/engagement Excellent verbal and written communication skills and problem-solving abilities What we offer Allianz Group is one of the world's most trusted insurance and asset management companies.
