**Employment Type**: Full-time**Location**: Malaysia**Posting Date**:April 2024We are looking for an experienced HR Finance Admin to join our team in Malaysia. This is a role that supports enterprise operations and ensures the smooth and efficient operation of the organisation.This position requires a blend of general HR expertise, financial acumen, and analytical skills to assist in with various administrative tasks.**Responsibilities**:Human Resources- HR function - Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding/offboarding activities.- Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.- Assist in HR reporting and analytics to support decision-making processes.- Stay updated on HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements to ensure compliance and promote continuous improvement.Admin- Leave Management: Maintain accurate records of each employee's leave balances and usage. Use a leave management system for efficient record-keeping.- Expense Management - Monitor and process employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.Finance- Key performance indicator (KPIs), business metrics- Accounts Receivable - Generate and analyse accounts receivable aging reports to assess the status of outstanding invoices.- Invoicing: Prepare and send invoices to clients or customers and follow up on overdue payments- Accounts Payable - Process vendor invoices and expense reports, verify accuracy and adherence to Company policies.- Provide support to the finance team in various ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks.**Job Requirements**- Minimum Diploma in HR, Business Administration, or Finance or a related field.- At least 2 - 4 years of relevant experience- Competent in MS word and excel- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.- Detail-oriented, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment- Able to work independently with initiative and mínimal supervision.- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus
