- 7 years of experience in Human Resource.You are people-oriented.You have comprehensive HR knowledge,demonstrate competence in HR operational excellence, specifically in areas of recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits.Maintain in-depth knowledge of local compliance and labor laws.Partnering the business, you have strong interpersonal Skills in providing HR advice about performance management and handling employees' grievances.High integrity and professionalism.Highly organised, self-motivated, able to work independently.Speak good English & Chinese.HR experience in E-commerce & technology industry will be an added advantage.Powered by JazzHR
