Job Description:1) Manage all HR-related functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training and payroll.3) Develop and implement employee training and development programs that will help our employees grow.4) Collaborate with leadership to develop strategies for employee engagement, retention, and growth.5) Facilitate clear and effective communication across the organization, including company-wide announcements and regular check-ins.6) Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner.7) Prepare and maintain reports for Income Tax, EPF, and SOCSO. Keep up-to-date with Malaysia Labor laws, HR laws and regulations, and make sure the company is in compliance at all times.8) Assist in various HR operations functions.9) Support HR initiatives and projects aimed at enhancing employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.Requirements:1) 1-2 years work experience in HR.2) Fresh graduate acceptable.3) Degree/ diploma in Organizational Psychology/ Leadership Development/ Human Resource Management.4) Proficient in English & Bahasa Melayu (both oral & written).5) Strong understanding of payroll procedures, tax regulations, and labor laws.6) Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.7) Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations.8) Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.9) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.10)Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.11) Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.12)High level of integrity and professionalism.Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Dental insurance- Gym membership- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Vision insuranceSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Sitiawan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Experience**:- Human resources: 1 year (required)
