Details of the offer

To coordinate and execute full spectrum of HR functions including for salary management and administration;1. Liaise with requestor department in developing job description, job requirement and key performance indicator;3. Work very closely with requestor department to filter and coordinate for interview;4. Control salary cost and to ensure salary offered is based on the budget and expected performance;6. Liaise with Salary Management Unit and Administration in preparing offer letter, preparation of work space and on-boarding.- On-boarding:1. To review and improve on-boarding exercise module which involve other Heads of Departments and other key personnel in providing the best first impression for the new joiners;2. To notify the organization of new joiners;3. To work closely with Heads of Departments for first day impression; and4. To ensure new joiners are provided with necessary support.- Performance Management;1. Monitor staff productivity and performance based on the KPI given;2. Record and report monthly performance; and3. Implement PIP, counseling session, dialogue with HOD's and staff in regards to performance issue.- Industrial Relations;1. Focus and objectivity in giving input related to staff issue;2. Manage and monitor industrial relations process and documentation; and3. Report and get advice from Manager for other major IR issue.- Training and Development;1. Plan and execute training plan and budget;2. Based on performance management, develop training need plan;3. Coordinate training program; and4. Produce analysis report.- Employee EngagementFused with Assessments, Tools Behaviors, And Actions to Ignite, Improve and Increase Employee Engagement.- Responsible in assisting the manager on recruitment process, on-boarding, performance management, industrial relations and other related HR matters;- Ability in preparing report, paper work, data analysis in a creative manner;- Recruitment:**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Experience**:- HR: 2 years (preferred)- Healthcare Industry: 2 years (preferred)
