Hr (Human Resource) Executive

**Job-scope, Duties, & Responsibilities**:- Posting and managing recruitment ads on recruitment platforms.- Implement performance review procedures- Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees- Measure employee retention and turnover rates- Oversee daily operations of the HR department------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ **Following are the requirements for our Staff Nurse postion.****Qualifications**:- Preferably a college diploma/degree in business administration or a related field.- Any additional training or certifications is an added advantage but not necessary.**Skills**:- Good knowledge with HR management procedures- Proven experience as an HR executive- Communication and interpersonal abilities- Organizational skills- Knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)**Experience**:- Any work-experience that demonstrate your posession of the needed skills and your abiity to handle the duties & responsibilities.**Character**:- Passionate about HR executive role.- Passionate to serve.- Submissive to leadership of Doctors & Superiors.- Good team player; easy to work with others and co-operative.- Self motivator.- Emotionally stable.- Strong desire to learn and grow.**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insuranceSchedule:- Day shift- Fixed shiftSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus
