Key Responsibilities:- Assist with recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and arrange interviews- Oversees the daily workflow of the department and manage HR operation of the company.- Organize, compile, and update company personnel records and documentation- Prepare, manage and store paperwork for HR policies & procedures- Develop and monitor overall HR systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including creating employee profiles, conducting orientation, and processing new hire paperwork- Help with maintaining HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality- Assist with employee relations issues and other HR related tasks as needed**Requirements**:- Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Human Resources or related field- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills- Familiarity with HR processes and best practices- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite- Must be able to commit to a minimum of 3-6 months(preferably 6 months)- Must be able to work Monday to Friday from 8am-5.30pmMonthly allowances of RM500**Job Type**: InternshipContract length: 6 months**Salary**: RM500.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday
