Qualifications RequirementsCurrently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Human Resources Management or any other related fields.Can commit to 3 months internship period.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with can-do attitude.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.Knowledge of Photoshop and video editing software. Responsibilities ResponsibilitiesAssist in visa and work permit processing for international employees, including gathering necessary documentation and liaising with government agencies as required.Occasionally visit government offices to submit paperwork and handle administrative tasks related to HR matters.Assist employees in submitting Social Security Office (SSO) applications and documents, ensuring compliance with regulations.Collect and organize documents from both Thai and foreign employees, providing support and guidance as needed. Assist employees in opening bank accounts for salary purposes.Collaborate with the HR team to create job postings and advertisements for recruitment efforts. Assist in screening resumes and scheduling interviews as required.Utilize Photoshop and video editing software to create visually appealing content for internal and external communication purposes, as needed.Other Ad-Hoc tasks assigned by HR Manager and Operations Management.
