As an HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in assisting the HR Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient management of various HR functions. Ensuring compliance with labor regulations and HR best practices.**Roles & Responsibilities**:- Responsible for new employees orientation program.- Identify training needs within the organization and coordinate training programs to address those needs.- Monitor and maintain employees training records. Manage training plan, training arrangement and HRD Corp matters (Grant Application, Submission & Claim).- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance improvement plan and career. development opportunities.- Submission of CP21, CP22 for new employees and retiring employees.- Schedule and coordinate meetings, ensuring all necessary resources and materials are prepared.- Record meeting minutes and follow up on action items.- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.- Ensure smooth implementation and enforcement of Company's rules and regulation and policies.- Employees training and development.- Ensure that the company is in compliance with the local labour laws.- Process monthly payroll for full time, part time and contract staff.- Maintenance of personnel files, leave records, employee database.**Requirements**:- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources or a related/equivalent field.- Minimum 3 years ' experience in HR roles (Executive level)- Minimum 5 years' experience in HR roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory position. (Manager level)- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, detail oriented, and discretion in handling sensitive information.- Highly responsible & self-discipline.- Experience working in _**F&B industry**_ is a plus.- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.- Positive attitude, team player mindset, and willingness to take initiative.- Knowledge of the Employment Act of 1995, regulations, and best practices is an added advantage.- English, Bahasa Malay**,*_ **MANDARIN*_ preferred**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Maternity leaveSchedule:- Fixed shift**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Human Resources: 3 years (preferred)- Human Resources Management: 5 years (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)
