Job Brief
Perform activities in the human resource area. Human resource generalists are trained to perform both administrative and strategic hiring duties and planning. HR Generalists recruit and place workers, train and on-board, and help guide new employees through the complicated process of benefits and compensation. HR represents both the employee and the company, and handles employee relations. Human Resources Generalists also have the crucial task of complying with all local, state, and federal regulations for HR. The ideal candidate will be organized, experienced, and a dedicated strategist and planner.

Responsibilities:
Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures
Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
Recommend strategies to motivate employees and implant office culture
Assisting in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
Prepare paperwork, schedule, and facilitate smooth new hire onboarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional first-day experience
Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews, including entering data into HR information systems and auditing for accuracy and compliance
Provide an effective and dedicated HR advisory service to employees in relation to absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievance matters, organizational change, and all other employee-relations matters
Investigate complaints brought forward by employees
Coordinate employee development plans and performance management
Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
Assist with budget monitoring and payroll
Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice
Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
Policy development and documentation

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related
3-5 years human resources experience
Understanding of Labour Law
Excellent record keeping skills
Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines
Superb computer literacy with capability in email, MS Office and related HR software.
Strong decision-making and problem solving skills.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Experienced in handling and managing foreign employees
