JOB RESPONSIBILITES:Manpower planning with Management to address manpower needs and develop resource plans to meet operational and succession needs of the company.Adequately manage and control all manpower costs / expenses to keep track of expenditure on a regular basis and ensure that they fall within the approved financial budget.Regular contact and communication with hiring managers to ensure understanding of all business requirements.Foster effective communication between employees and the Company, improving work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations.Oversee and supervise direct reports in managing the day-to-day running of HR operations, ensuring that direct reports are able to manage their responsibilities accurately and timely.Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of HR matters such as Employment Laws/Labor related information ensuring regulatory compliance. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Diploma / Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant qualification.Good understanding and experience in retail operations.Numerically inclined with strong sense of commitment and urgency, meticulous and systematic.Good in paper work and reporting.A self-driven individual who enjoys working in a fast pace environment independently without supervision.
