Position: HR ManagerSalary Range: RM 8000-10000Working Location: Jalan Ipoh, 51200 Kuala LumpurCompany Background: Manufacturer, Marketer and Exporter of Office FurnitureWorking Hours: 9AM-6PM (Mon-Fri), 9AM-1PM (Alternate Saturday)Benefits: Bonus (depend on performance), Incentive (based on project), Annual leave, Public Holiday, Sick LeaveJob Descriptions:- Develop and execute HR strategies in alignment with company goals and values.- Lead talent acquisition efforts, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new employees.- Design and implement performance management systems, including regular performance appraisals and feedback mechanisms.- Create and execute employee development programs that enhance skills and promote career growth.- Oversee compensation and benefits administration, ensuring competitive and equitable compensation structures.- Develop human resources operations financial strategies by estimating, forecasting and anticipating requirements.- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and grievance management.- Accomplish special project results by identifying and clarifying issues and priorities.- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies.- Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives to foster a respectful and inclusive work environment.- Utilize HR analytics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and make data-driven recommendations.- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the HR team.- Collaborate with management and other departments to achieve company-wide goals**Requirements**:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.- A minimum of 8 years of working experiences in HR Operations, with at least 5 years in a managerial level positions.- Strong understanding of HR principles, employment laws, and industry best practices.- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.- Proven ability to lead and manage a high-performing HR team.- Strategic mindset with the ability to align HR strategies with business objectives.- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR metrics and provide data-driven insights.- Diligent and firm with high ethical standards.**Salary**: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shift
