Hr Manager (Medical Equipment Supplier) - Kuala

**Responsibilities**- Manage the hiring/recruitment process.- Develop HR Strategies in accordance with the overall business.- Manage employee leave policies.- Improve HR policy.- Revise performance appraisal systems.- Devise ways to improve employee engagement and morale.- Asses and plan for training needs for employees.- Report to MD based on requirement.**Requirements**:- Experience with operating a whole HR system.- Communication skills.- Understanding of HR strategies.- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and practices.- Competence in relationship building.- Willingness to try new strategies.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday
