Location: Kempas Baru
Responsibilities: Manage foreign worker documentation, including permit renewals, visa applications, special passes, and check-out memos.Renew FOMEMA and organize medical examinations for foreign workers.Communicate with government authorities (JTK, Embassy, Immigration) regarding foreign worker-related activities.Monitor accommodations, flight tickets, and related logistics for workers.Ensure accurate documentation and update worker data for SOCSO, bank, and FOMEMA.Handle police reports for runaway workers and assist with immigration requirements for permit cancellations.Collaborate with foreign worker agents for documentation support.Enforce discipline among foreign workers.Perform other duties as assigned by HOD.Requirements: Possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduate/Degree in related field.At least year(s) of working experience in the related field.Computer literate.Able to work with minimum supervision.Required language(s): Bahasa Melayu, English
