Hr Officer (Logistics Company)

1. To assist HOD and Directors in planning, developing, and implementing an effective training program to ensure all employees have the technical skillsneeded to perform the job efficiently and smoothly. E.g. TNA&I, Annual Training Plan, etc2. To assist in planning, implementation, and assessment of initiatives related to improvements in providing a safe, disciplined work environment withemphasis on a positive work attitude. E.g. KPI, employee feedback form, etc.3. To conduct new staff orientation to help the new employee feel welcomed, integrated into the organization, and perform the new job successfully as quickly aspossible.4. To perform administrative support for the smoothness of the HR operations process i.e. handle expatriate/ foreign worker-related matters including but not5.
