**Description**Do you get excited by the thought of working for the world's leading play and entertainment company in a continuously evolving, truly omnichannel environment?Join us as the HR Ops and Customer Support Lead for our client project team, based in Malaysia.**Responsibilities**Stakeholders InternalHR Business Partners- To ensure effective communication on HR process related issues and service delivery to HR Business PartnersTeam Manager - HRO- To lead multiple HR processes professionally and support the Team Manager in SLAs deliveryOther Team Leaders- Work closely with other process team to ensure the overall satisfaction of the customers through adherence to the agreed SLAsCustomers-External- To liaise with external vendors, auditors and government agenciesProcess- To lead multiple sub-functional or BU service portfolio within single or multi-countries depending on scope of services for BU and to ensure quality service in line with the SLAs- To resolve issues with the various HR Business Partners independently- Responsible for resolving complex inquiries- Provide guidance to the team members- Undertake process improvement and optimization initiatives- Develops monitoring, checking and reporting systems for themselves and others (including junior staffs)- To conduct Business Partner meetings- Supervise teams, plan and organize work for team to ensure meeting of set KPIs and compliance of ask HR SOP and quality standards- To support Team Manager in responding to internal and external audits and formulate and implement action plans within an agreed deadlinePeople Management- Highly experience with ability to support team in execution of both standard and non-standard transactional tasks- Ability to support team in analyzing and troubleshooting cross functional problems- Performance management of team members**Requirements**:- Minimum a Diploma in Business Administration or HR professional qualification- Expert in HR processes knowledge across all functions/ processes- Expert knowledge of inter-dependencies, interfaces and touch points of HR data/process- Have strong knowledge of scope of HR service offering to BHR- Ability to work with subordinates and senior managementCommunication skills (English), spoken and written (excellent).- Expert in HRIS and MS Office (eg Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)- Expert in multinational corporate experience in recruitment admin and EDA- Possess expert knowledge of full scope of HR service offering to BHR- 4-5 years of relevant experience, experience in SSO industry is preferred- Experience with SAP is an advantage**Salary**: RM8,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Language**:- English (required)
