Our client is a well-established MNC with over 40 years experience in industrial projects, specializing in M&E related works such as HVAC and Cleanroom systems. Responsibilities Responsible for end-to-end recruitment from screening, shortlisting, applicant management, arranging interviews, gathering feedbacks, preparing recruitment reports, etc. Work closely with HR Manager on manpower requirement and support departments on all recruitment matters. Responsible for new staff on-boarding (induction) & exit interviews. Administer and coordinate various in-house and external training program, maintain training records etc. Liaise with training providers & HRDF grant & related issues. Handle periodical briefing on company policies & compliances. Support HR initiatives and activities i.e. company annual dinner, company trip, etc. Requirements Diploma in Business studies, HR Mgmt or other field. At least 5 years of relevant experience in group recruitment, training related. Computer literate and proficient in Ms. Office. Positive attitude & confidential person. Keeping up to date with current employment legislations.
