Hr Recruiter - Remote Based

**Responsibilities**- Develop relationships with managers to build awareness of their departments, hiring needs, and job specifications- Write and post job descriptions on relevant platforms, especially social media- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc.- Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team**Preferred skills and qualifications**- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Human resources management or related field- Proficiency with content management systems- Experience in developing recruitment strategyLanguage (preferred): Mandarin Speaker**Salary**: RM25,000.00 - RM30,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Experience**:- Recruiting: 3 years (required)**Language**:- Chinese (required)
