Hr Recruiter (Retail Skincare)

This position is responsible for the coordinating all aspects of the recruitment process of Sales Representative to meet organisational demands. Key to the success of this role is the ability to identify creative recruitment channels and attract highly motivated and determined individuals.
Recruitment Activities
• Assist in developing effective recruitment strategies to source and attract candidates in line with company objectives
• Generate a diverse pool of candidates via creative sourcing strategies to attract suitable and high quality candidates
• Promote the benefits of working for the company to secure candidates
• Develop and apply robust screening and assessment methods
• Assist in developing induction program
• Coordinate induction process for all new employees
• Act as point of contact for candidates throughout recruitment process
• Promote the internal employee referral program and follow up on referrals and ‘candidate leads’
Administrative Duties
• Maintain all recruitment records including applicant database
• Maintain all recruitment materials
• Assist Training and Recruitment Manager as needed
Other:
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and legislation
• Provide advice on employment legislation
• Act as a positive ambassador for the company at all times
• Adhere to Department policies and procedures
Qualifications & Experience
• Human Resources Management qualification would be advantageous
• Experience in recruitment
• Experience in sales would be advantageous
