Job DescriptionProvides customer focused HR programs, services and consultation to enhance individual, team, management and business performance consistent with Keysight'svalues, philosophies, policies and programs.May be responsible for sourcing, screening and recruiting candidates for job openings to meet business needs typical assignments may include keeping abreast of competitivemarket practices and conditions, managing vendor relations/partnerships, implementing global talent acquisition policies and programs, building campus relations and overseeingworkforce planning, utilization and reporting.May be responsible for development and/or delivery of training and educational programs related to skills training, communication, team building, and management developmentusing a variety of instructional methods; assignments may include needs analysis, custom course development, and evaluation and learning assessment.May be responsible for development, implementing, and administering compensation and/or benefits programs within the organization; typical assignments may include assessingcompetitive practices and organization's competitive position for specific programs, developing recommendations for actions or programs, preparing reports and recommendationsrelated to programs.May be responsible for providing HR services/support for Keysight managers, including performance management support, assistance in the escalation of employeegrievance issues, liaison with workers' councils and unions, policy/guideline interpretation, implementation of business events, acquisitions, workforce balancing, newemployee orientation, etc.Business support incumbents provide business partner support for managers, including counseling senior business managers on people-related strategies and influencing globalHR functions and HR service organizations based on people-related needs of business. Works on human resources assignments with broadly defined objectives Solves straight-forward issues, challenges and problems within field of specialization Job Qualifications Bachelors or Masters Degree or University Degree or equivalent. Typically 2-4 years relevant experience for entry to this level. Requires general proficiency with tools, systems and procedures to accomplish job.
