As a HR Talent Acquisition Intern you will be responsible but not limited to the following: Learning recruitment methods to meet company's strategic needs.Handling end-to-end recruitment: job posting, sourcing, resume screening, interview arrangement. Maintain various reports on hiring progress and other recruiting metrics.• You will have the global exposure and will be supporting Asia Talent Acquisition (TA) team • You will assist Recruiters/TA team on doing translation of job posting, sourcing, screening…etc• You will support TA team on data consolidation and analysis• You will support recruiters/TA to innovative resourcing solutions to attract the best talent• You will co-manage intern job requisitions (help with screening applicants for qualifications)• Grab the chance to brainstorm and refine employment branding messages and materials for campus recruiting• You will partner with vendors and internal teams on creation of collateral, or any employer branding contents • You will assist in developing University focused Social Media strategy to develop our employment brand via social networking• You will proactively collaborate with recruiters & hiring manager to assist in interview scheduling Job QualificationsJoin some of the brightest minds in the measurement world.
