JOB DESCRIPTION:- Identify hiring needs and ensure understanding of the Job Description and qualification requirements;- Handles entire recruitment Team, process and reference checking procedure where appropriate;- Ensures compliance of employment requirements; pre-employment requirements- Employee orientation, ensuring that the new employees are educated with the process, HR procedures and Company Policies- Review, update, maintain and proper filing of employee records (hiring stage), personal files, HR-related documentations, policies and procedures- Monitors Human Resources Information Data (Recruitment) by maintenance of every departments or team's manpower line-ups (per dept/team), or divisions structure;- Involve in addressing implementations; hr and admin concerning compliances, documentations, policies and procedures- General Coordinator or point of referral for Recruitment, Transfers (Lateral and Inter-departments)- Cost Recruitment, lead time and response reporting- Process Clearance and Exit Procedure of resigning, dismissed and ENDO employee- Performance Officer (monitor employment status/evaluation of performance- Performs other reasonable tasks and duties assigned by Superior and/or any changes in the role due to organizational structuring and realignment effected from time to timeJOB REQUIREMENTS:- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.- Preferably 2 or more years of experience in recruitment role, specializing in Recruitment for IT, Technical Support.- Preferably with experience in iGaming industry- Language Required: English, Mandarin- Open for work on site**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:- Penang Hill: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)Application Question(s):- How much is your asking salary?- Do you have work experience in iGaming/Online Gaming Industry?**Language**:- English (preferred)- Mandarin (preferred)
