**THE JOB**- Conducting and coordinating public and in-house training.- Assist in any ad hoc projects within the Learning & Development team as needed.- Create and update learning modules related to retail operation needs.- Track and analyse training completion follow up to ensure completion.- Plan training schedule to ensure the training is adequate and progressively enhanced the mentoring as and where is needed.- Act as operational support to retail stores on events and new opening.- Responsible for HRDC claim submission, tracking and reporting.**REQUIREMENTS**- Diploma/Degree holder in HR/Business Admin/Hospitality other related area of qualifications will be an added advantage.- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a good ability to build rapport.- Sound knowledge in Learning & Developments trends.- Passion to learn and impart knowledge and skills.- Only Malaysian citizens or PR status may apply.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:- Kuching: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)Application Question(s):- Are you flexible to work during weekends or public holidays when as required?**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)**Experience**:- HR & Training: 1 year (required)**Language**:- Mandarin (required)
