Amaris ACT is currently seeking a talented individual to join our team as an HRIS Expert, focusing on Oracle HCM Payroll. Key Responsibilities: Lead the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Oracle HCM Payroll systems.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and design solutions that meet organizational needs.Develop and implement best practices for system optimization, data integrity, and compliance.Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users.Conduct training sessions and create documentation to facilitate user adoption and knowledge transfer.Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in HRIS administration, with a focus on Oracle HCM Payroll.Proven expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Payroll, Absence Management, and Benefits.Strong understanding of payroll processes, tax regulations, and statutory compliance requirements.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.Oracle certification(s) preferred.
