You will provide primary care services to the site and co-ordinate and manage the site health program, including safety inspections, ergonomics training and ergonomics assessments, to drive a reduction in work and non work related injuries. You will as well undertake management of testing programs required by local legislationHow you will contributeHSEAssist and lead the cultural transformation and capability building regarding HSE to help lead plant to achieve Zero accidents and Incidents.Be responsible for coordinating and overseeing implementation of all Health, Safety and Environmental programs and processes.Participate in investigations to facilitate closure of identified non-conformances.Provide Health, Safety, Environment expertise for the plant for all new projects and change management activities.Follow up on non-conformances and develops the systems to resolve them based on root cause analysis.Maintain an up-to-date incident reporting system, assist with investigating incidents in conjunction with the HSE Pillar team/safety committee and drive the completion of corrective actions to eliminate root causes/reoccurrence.Develop technical guidance programs to identify and remove physical hazards`Own site wide HSE Processes for development and implementation in accordance with standard requirementsSupport company's sustainability strategy to achieve the company's vision of the future.Support in site security matters when needed.Project ManagementSupport Plant HSEQ CAPEX Project Development and Execution.Provide critical inputs to the site BD leader; From Design reviews onwards execute project activities on the site; BOM creation, Artwork, Raw/Pack Material availability, Track timings – and report to project team.Organize Trials and FPA's (e.g. materials, team logistics etc.) for Plant. Communication and execution of promotional activities within the I2M process.Support ongoing business simplification: Provide inputs to Site BD leader to support Integration of overall site change management agenda to ensure delivery of projects while maintaining service levels.Coordination (planning and tracking) with all plant departments for Plant trials, key project activities.
