Hse & Compliance - Environmental Officer

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**- Manage and implement the periodic water analysis, periodic inspection and update OER as per appropriate to comply with Standard B, Industrial Effluent Regulation 2009.- Manage and implement periodic inspection on fugitive equipment as well as the ambient & noise monitoring and isokinetic monitoring to comply with Clean Air regulation 2014.- Manage, prepare compilation of renewal licenses or certificates and liaise with all relevant agencies especially local authorities such as DOE, KPDNKK, BOMBA, MOH, KETTHA and etc.- Manage, prepare and submit all necessary report to comply with syarat lesen or Jadual Pematuhan, Scheduled Waste Regulation 2005.- Tackle shortcoming in the environmental findings, propose preventive or corrective actions for environmental control measures as necessary and ensure rectification works have been implemented.- Ensure compliance of all legal or statutory requirement related to environment & company needs ( all ISO, FMA, Fire Act, EQA etc).**JOB REQUIREMENTS**- Diploma / Degree in Environmental Science or any relevant science field.- Computer literate (Microsoft Application such as Words, Excel, Power Point & etc.- Strong problem - analysis solving and trouble shooting skills & essentials.- Coaching, teaching & training ability.- Able to work as team cross functionally, including contractors and service providers.- Good communication skills and able to work independently.
