Hse & Compliance - Safety Officer

**Responsibilities**:- Overall assisting HSE & Compliance Manager responsible to ensure all HSE & Compliance related matters are compliant to DOSH, DOE, KDPNHEP, MOH, BOMBA and other local authorities while maintaining the HSE practices at the company consistent with the ISO14001and OHSAS18001 with supporting role in the ISO9001 and ISO29001 implemented.- To assist the HSE & Compliance Manager manage the Safety & Health Committee in the company including but not limited to the safety & health committee meetings, safety & health workplace inspections, investigation into incidents, conduct of applicable HSE training.- To be overall responsible for the implementation of the Contractor Management including but not limited to Permit to Work and Visitor Registration. To ensure the conduct of Contractor Safety Briefing; Contractor Pass Management; and other PPE Management for Contractors.- To be overall responsible for the day to day compliance monitoring and enforcement for HSE issues in particular for the plant, off sites and logistics operations.- To assist the HSE & Compliance Manager lead the Emergency Response Team at the plant operations.- Assist the HSE & Compliance Manager to manage all necessary report to comply with syarat lesen or Jadual Pematuhan, Scheduled Waste Regulation 2005.- To back up HSE & Compliance Manager during him/her absence due to outstation jobs or medical leave or any related issues.**Job Requirements**- Bachelor degree in Environmental Science/ Engineering/ HSE or any relevant science field.- Computer literate (Microsoft Application such as Words, Excel, Power Point & etc.- Familiar with OSHA & FMA regulations and requirements.- Computer literate (Microsoft Application such as Words, Excel, Power Point & etc.- Strong problem - analysis solving and trouble shooting skills & essentials.- Coaching, teaching & training ability.- Good communication skills and able to work independently.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
